Hiya @joepeter3217, I'm sorry to hear you found that the Outfox application chose not to use the Outfox connection when it sounds like the Outfox connection would have provided better performance. Could you provide us a screenshot of the Outfox application after a match showing the performance graph and information? We look forward to this so we can help out further!

Could you provide us a screenshot of the Outfox window after your gaming session is complete showing the traffic graph along with the statistics like the -15% improvement you're seeing? Next I'd like to ask are you using the fastest server option? Looking forward to hearing back from you so we can help further!
  4. Heya @kumar.darkmagenta I'm sorry to hear you've had this trouble with PUBG and Rainbow 6 Siege and we'd be happy to help out. Can you send us a copy of your log files to support@getoutfox.com ? You can find the log files for your session at the following directory paths: %ProgramData%\Golden Frog, GmbH\Outfox\Outfox.log %AppData%\Golden Frog, GmbH\Outfox\OutfoxUI.log Open File Explorer (Win 8/10), also called Windows Explorer (Win 7). Click in the field at the top that displays what directory you are in. It is the longer field to the left of the Search bar. Enter the Outfox directory in this format: %ProgramData%\Golden Frog, GmbH\Outfox (Do this for both paths) Press Enter. Locate the Outfox.log and OutfoxUI.log files in their respective folders. Attach those to an email to us and we'll be able to help out further in this matter. If you have any other questions or concerns as well please let us know in your email.
  5. Hello, @farnsworth_86 I'm sorry to hear you're having this trouble with Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 alongside Outfox. That's not one of the games supported currently by Outfox, so it should not be affecting the game's functionality in any way. When you encounter this trouble do you receive any errors from Call of Duty: Black Ops 4? If you are could you provide us a screenshot of this? If you could provide us a copy of your log files we can also take a further look into this issue. If you don't can you try using the app again and if you encounter that same error please take a screenshot of the Outfox app and post here letting us know along with that screenshot.

Then when the trial ends the free year of service will begin.
