Click on your Windows start menu and type appwiz.cpl and open appwiz.cpl to launch Programs & Features. 2. Locate the Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 Redistributables and uninstall it. (Skip this step if you do not see a VC2015 file) 3. Reboot your computer. 4. Reinstall the redistributable files with the following links:https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=53840&751be11f-ede8-5a0c-058c-2ee190a24fa6=True Once you've installed the VC 2015 file, try reinstalling Outfox. Please let us know if you have any further questions or concerns.

  11. Hello, We suggest using the fastest server option to get the lowest ping possible for you. When you use the fastest server option, the Outfox app will determine if connecting with our server or using your ISP connection will result in the lowest ping. Regards,
