We've tested it a bit from several different networks and weren't able to replicate that issue, although in general the load times actually getting into the match post character selection, with or without Outfox open, did take a minute or two to load. When you say you're stuck on loadscreen, are you actually stuck with the game saying "Loading" before selecting your character? If not, I'd suggest sticking around for a while for the match to actually start. Riot servers could be having some trouble, we aren't sure but it is a new game. There isn't much to change around settings wise in Outfox, but by default, it uses the "Fastest Server" option. If you haven't done so you could try setting it manually by clicking on the Gear icon on Outfox, then picking one of our available servers nearby. Of course, you could also try rebooting your router to refresh the network. If after all of that above does not work, go ahead and get the Outfox logs and shoot em on over to our Support team via email ( support@getoutfox.com )so we can review a little deeper. Any screenshots showing where you are stuck at would also help out.
  2. @ernest_jan19 Could you elaborate a bit more on what you are experiencing for us? Maybe provide a screenshot of what you are seeing? This was originally posted in early May when Valorant was not officially supported by Outfox. You may be seeing something new and/or different. Thanks!
  3. Hey @angelcaucaman123, Sorry to hear about the trouble there. Please follow these steps to resolve the error: 1. Click on your Windows start menu and type: appwiz.cpl and open appwiz.cpl to launch Programs & Features. 2. Locate the Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 Redistributables and uninstall it. (Skip this step if you do not see a VC2015 file) 3. Reboot your computer. 4. Reinstall the redistributable files with the following links: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=53840&751be11f-ede8-5a0c-058c-2ee190a24fa6=True Once you've installed the VC 2015 file, try reinstalling Outfox. Please let us know if you have any further questions or concerns.
  4. Hey @desaishrusti7, Thanks for the comparison inquiry. I hope some users of both services come forward and share their experiences, but I'll provide some insight to get the ball rolling. We sure hope that Outfox will out perform anything provided from WTFast, but to be honest, it all depends on your specific location, network conditions and of course, available routes to the game servers. Some users come to us expecting a magic bullet, but unfortunately, their connection is already pretty good and we aren't able to provide a faster connection to the game server they're playing on. Other users, however, happen to have a terrible connection either due to location or ISP and they see quite the improvement using Outfox. Basically, YMMV. In regards to the global infrastructure, we've got that handled! Our founders have been "in the business" so to speak since '94 and have well established infrastructure.   5. Hey @irtzach19, Thanks for the message, we're sorry to hear about the trouble there playing RSS. We offer you an alternate path to the game server, sometimes it will offer a better connection quality, sometimes it won't. For some of our users we can consistently offer a better connection each match due to their current network conditions. From what stats you have provided it appears that your normal internet connection is offering a better connection to the game server than what our connection can offer. If you haven't done so already, we would advise rebooting both the computer and your router to refresh the network. Should the same issue persist, then Outfox wouldn't be able to improve your specific connection quality.
  6. Hey @gszero, Apologies for the delayed reply. We have looked into this issue with Smite and can confirm that the Outfox connection does continue even after the match ends. We note that in order to end the connection you must completely close the game. We'll do some more investigation and see if we can get the Outfox connection to end in a better manner after the match and get that implemented in the next update. As to the update, we don't currently have an ETA at this time. Should Outfox get into that buggy flickering unresponsive state again, try restarting the service. 1) Open Windows search or the Run prompt and type in: services.msc 2) Open the Services list and locate Outfox 3) Click to highlight Outfox in the services list and choose the option to Stop the service 4) Give it several seconds to stop, then choose the option to Start the service. 5) Launch Outfox

  9. Hey @billimausi11, Thank's for posting today! I understand that you're seeing a discrepancy in your ping times. This is expected behavior as we calculate the ping to the game servers differently than how the game developers calculate their in game ping. During the start of the match, Outfox performs tests to determine, at that moment, which connection would be better and chooses to enable or not based on the results. If you see "Outfox Connection: In Use", then you're using our path to the game server for that match. Should you see "Outfox Connection: Not Used", then we were not able to provide a better connection than your ISPs to the game server for that match. Thanks!
