  1. Hey @billimausi11, Thank's for posting today! I understand that you're seeing a discrepancy in your ping times. This is expected behavior as we calculate the ping to the game servers differently than how the game developers calculate their in game ping. Our blog post below goes in to more detail about this process. https://www.getoutfox.com/blog/outfox-vs-in-game-ping In regards to is it actually doing anything, well that depends. During the start of the match, Outfox performs tests to determine, at that moment, which connection would be better and chooses to enable or not based on the results. If you see "Outfox Connection: In Use", then you're using our path to the game server for that match. Should you see "Outfox Connection: Not Used", then we were not able to provide a better connection than your ISPs to the game server for that match. Thanks!

  9. Hey @asdfgwe323232, Sorry to hear about the trouble there. We've updated to patch 23 and tested PUBG with Outfox and didn't experience any issues. Could you clarify how you know for a fact that BattlEye detected Outfox and blocked the match? Did you receive any error messages? What other programs/services are you running along with OF and PUBG? BattlEye is pretty touchy and can even flag you watching a movie in Chrome. Any screenshots would be beneficial. Thanks!

  11. Hey @jcole2239, Thanks for the reply. To clarify, when you "jump into games" are you actually entering a match and in active game play when you are seeing this issue? If you are actively playing and the Outfox window is still stuck on the main page, please try restarting the service. 1) Close the Outfox application 2) Open Windows search or the Run prompt and type in: services.msc 3) Open the Services list and locate Outfox 4) Click to highlight Outfox in the services list and choose the option to Stop the service 5) Give it several seconds to stop, then choose the option to Start the service. 6) Launch Outfox 7) Then launch the game Should the issue persist, gather the logs from Outfox and email them to support@getoutfox.com for further review of the issue.   14. Hey @Coldasice, When restarting your computer or on initial startup, the app should automatically log you back in unless you manually logged out of the app before closing it. If the issue persists even after reinstalling, grab the log files and email them to support@getoutfox.com so we can look into this further. Thanks!
