Can you try a different server other than Brazil, attempt to play a match, then go back to the Brazilian server afterwards and let us know if the issue is still occurring?   9. Hey @soul_lombok, Sorry to hear you're having trouble currently. We'd like to get some more information on the issue you're experiencing so we can get to the bottom of this for you. We'd like to try to reproduce this issue on our end, so can you please give us step by step instructions of what's occurring starting when you launch the Outfox application? Are you receiving any error messages when this occurs? Are you you being disconnected from your game? Do you notice the latency getting worse in the Outfox application when this occurs? Just to verify, are you using the 'Fastest Server' option? If not, please try that and see if it continues to happen. If you are using the 'Fastest Server' option, can you please try a different server location like New York and see if the same issue occurs? We look forward to hearing back from you!

    Hey @darkmcg If Outfox is showing that the connection would be worse and Outfox isn't being used, this unfortunately means that Outfox isn't able to optimize this particular game from this network. If you aren't already, I would recommend trying to use the fastest server option. When using the Fastest Server option to connect, Outfox completes a technical evaluation looking at factors including network congestion and ping time. It then determines if the Outfox network or your native internet connection is the fastest. If you see Outfox Not Used displayed, this means your standard internet connection was faster than the Outfox connection, so you were not connected to our network. We're always adding more servers and further optimizing our service. Outfox may not be able to help with this game now, but in the future it likely will.
