  9. Hey @kokaba7867 We apologize for the trouble with the Outfox program loading, I would like to have you stop and start the Outfox service to see if you experience the issue still afterwards. Please follow the below steps: 1) Close the Outfox application 2) Open Windows search or the Run prompt and type in: services.msc 3) Open the Services list and locate Outfox 4) Click to highlight Outfox in the services list and choose the option to Stop the service 5) Give it several seconds to stop, then choose the option to Start the service. 6) Launch Outfox Should the issue persist, gather the logs from Outfox and email them to support@getoutfox.com Thanks!

    Hello @soi62073 We're sorry to hear you're experiencing this issue with Outfox connecting when running Rainbow 6 Siege. I was able to confirm from our end that this is an issue when running the game with Vulkan. If you run the game normally without using Vulkan, it will be able to connect properly to the Outfox servers. Currently, there is no work around to resolve this issue.   14. Hey @lotishaqiri73 We've been seeing some emails and websites appear trying to pose as Outfox. However, at this time there isn't much we are able to do. But we are reviewing our options on how to best approach situations such as these. At this time, all we can advise is be mindful of the names and websites that they are promoting as some of these websites may try to convince you to download something that may be harmful to your computer.   15. Hey @lotishaqiri73 Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I noticed that they claim to be with "Outfoxen" which is not associated with us. So there is a good chance that this is a Spam email and should be disregarded. Thanks again!
