  3. Hey @mloop3 Sorry to hear that you are having trouble with that. It is likely that your normal internet connection has a better path to the game server than what our path to the game server can offer. By default the Outfox app is set to use the "Fastest Server", however, you can go to the settings by clicking on the gear icon on Outfox and select a specific server location. This will force Outfox to be used regardless if it's a better connection. I would also recommend refreshing your network. Please let us know if you need any further assistance. Thanks!

I'd recommend trying to manually select a server in a location close to the Rocket League servers , or between your geographic area, and seeing if you see improvement.I'd also recommend trying with Fastest Server to see if it was a temporary issue with the reporting of the latency, and if it the problem persists please feel free to contact our live chat here: https://www.getoutfox.com/support and they help you send your log file so that we can review it for potential issues. If you're able to log into your control panel but unable to log into the app, we'll need to investigate further. We will need to check to see if you can reach our API, so please visit the following pages and let us know what you see: https://api.gfpnet.com/gaming/self https://api.gfpnet.com/gaming/latency/8.8.8.8 Afterwards, please power cycle your modem/router and reboot your machine. Then, please attempt to log in again. If the issue persists at this point, we would like you to provide us with your log files so that we can take a closer look at what is going on. To send logs, please follow these steps: 1. Open File Explorer (Win 8/10), also called Windows Explorer (Win 7). 2. Click in the field at the top that displays what directory you are in. It is the longer field to the left of the Search bar. 3. Enter the Outfox directory in this format: %ProgramData%\Golden Frog, GmbH\Outfox (Do this for both paths) 4. Press Enter. 5. Locate the Outfox.log and OutfoxUI.log files in their respective folders.

  12. Hey @lucastokash647 Sorry to hear that you are having trouble with that. If you are wanting Outfox to be used every time you are using it to make sure that you can get the lowest possible ping in game, change from using the Fastest Server in the options to the nearest location to the servers you are playing on at that moment. Doing this will force the connection to use Outfox instead of the app determining which connection to use.   14. Hey @19georgemak35 Sorry to hear you are having trouble playing LoL with Outfox. I'd first like to address that you will most likely see a different in what is shown on our Outfox ping versus what you are seeing in the game. A more detailed explanation can be found here: https://www.getoutfox.com/blog/outfox-vs-in-game-ping When we gather network information to determine ping values, we are using raw ping data for your connection over our network. Sometimes, this will cause a discrepancy between the ping time you see with Outfox and the ping time you see in your game, as an example -100. In-game ping reports likely include additional factors such as latency overhead for server processing. Outfox pings are accurate to the network latency and do not include such factors. Now seeing -100% ping improvement on Outfox can happen when latency values aren't retrieved properly or if ICMP is blocked. It's possibly due to firewall or local network configuration issues. Please ensure your router isn't blocking any type of ICMP traffic, and your AV/Firewall software should not restrict that traffic. You might also need to disable router/software firewall temporarily to diagnose this. Should the issue persist or you have any other issues that arise, grab the log files and just send them to support@getoutfox.com https://www.getoutfox.com/support#how-do-i-find-my-log-files Thanks!
