0 days left after buying the software



I had contact with the helpdesk before and they told me they had fixed the issue. But my account doesn't work after activating the Humble Bundle activation key. Now it says You have 0 days in you Oufox trial! And the software doesn't work anymore. Logout and login doesn't work either. They also told me I could ignore the Thank you for purchasing notification of 40 dollars! How do we fix this?
