Question

tengo el mismo problema que acabo de leer: no me deja entrar en outfox ¨"loging failed. try again". probé varias veces y cambié varias veces a cambiar de contraseña, y nada. todo igual

si, puedo acceder al panel de control online. estoy en el período de prueba de 14 dias. empezó ayer. no se si eso puede tener algo que ver

@cebipep313 Please reach out to our support with that all of this information at https://www.getoutfox.com/support so we can further assist you. If you're able to log into your control panel but unable to log into the app, we'll need to investigate further. We will need to check to see if you can reach our API, so please visit the following pages and let us know what you see:

Afterwards, please power cycle your modem/router and reboot your machine. Then, please attempt to log in again.

If the issue persists at this point, we would like you to provide us with your log files so that we can take a closer look at what is going on.

To send logs, please follow these steps:

1. Open File Explorer (Win 8/10), also called Windows Explorer (Win 7).

2. Click in the field at the top that displays what directory you are in. It is the longer field to the left of the Search bar.

3. Enter the Outfox directory in this format: %ProgramData%\Golden Frog, GmbH\Outfox (Do this for both paths) 4. Press Enter. 5. Locate the Outfox.log and OutfoxUI.log files in their respective folders.
