Help Needed

Hello

I am visiting my home in Hawaii and im trying to play League of Legends I have been playing on *Fastest Server* the shit doesn't work my MS shoots to 2000 every like 5 seconds even tho it says my connection is the fastest its really pissing me off I cant win any fucking game and I just want to have  fun.

 i hope you could help me.
