cant log in , i recieve the same message every with no reason coz i tried once and worked!

Hi, sorry to hear about the trouble you're having with Outfox.

Please check and make sure that you can log into the Outfox website using the same email and password that you're trying in the Outfox app. If it doesn't work on the website either, then you most likely will just need to reset your password.

If you find that you can log into the website, but not the Outfox app, then please try uninstalling and then reinstalling the Outfox app. If you still have trouble after that, then please contact our support team with the following information:

1. A screenshot showing Outfox when it fails to log in
2. App logs. You can use the instructions here to find them:
3. Please browse to this page, and provide a screenshot of what shows here: (provide a screenshot of confirm if they see an IP address and timestamp page) 
4. Please browse to this page as well, and provide a screenshot of this too: (will tell us latency info)

To take a screen shot in Windows:

1. Press the Print Screen key on your keyboard. It may be labeled [PrtScn].
2. Open an image editing program, such as Microsoft Paint.
3. Go to the Edit menu and choose Paste.
4. If prompted to enlarge the image, choose Yes.
5. Go to the File Menu and choose Save As.
6. Navigate to the folder where you want to save the image.
7. Type a file name for the image.
8. Select a file type (Generally the GIF format works best when saving screen shots of application windows).
9. Click the Save button.
10. Attach it to your reply to us.
