Posted September 2, 2017 Outfox shows the Outfox ping but doesn't also display the standard connection information. The standard information line remains at the bottom of the graph and the improvement % stays at -100% as a result.

0 Posted September 3, 2017 I probably should've said so in my original post but I've already tried that.
0 Posted September 3, 2017 Gotcha! Thanks for trying. So that we can investigate further, please email your log file along with a description of the issue to support@outfox.com: Find the log file for your session at the following directory: %ProgramData%\Golden Frog, GmbH\Outfox\Outfox.log Open File Explorer (Win 8/10), also called Windows Explorer (Win 7). Click in the field at the top that displays what directory you are in. It is the longer field to the left of the Search bar. Enter the Outfox directory in this format: %ProgramData%\Golden Frog, GmbH\Outfox Press Enter. Locate the Outfox.log file and attach it to your email to us. Thanks!
