Outfox doesn't properly display standard connection information

Outfox shows the Outfox ping but doesn't also display the standard connection information. The standard information line remains at the bottom of the graph and the improvement % stays at -100% as a result.

I'm sorry to hear of the trouble. 

 

Could you please uninstall the application, reinstall it, and then reboot your machine and let us know if the issue persists?

I probably should've said so in my original post but I've already tried that.

Gotcha!  Thanks for trying.  So that we can investigate further, please email your log file along with a description of the issue to support@outfox.com:

 

1. Find the log file for your session at the following directory: %ProgramData%\Golden Frog, GmbH\Outfox\Outfox.log
   1. Open File Explorer (Win 8/10), also called Windows Explorer (Win 7).
   2. Click in the field at the top that displays what directory you are in. It is the longer field to the left of the Search bar.
   3. Enter the Outfox directory in this format: %ProgramData%\Golden Frog, GmbH\Outfox
   4. Press Enter.
   5. Locate the Outfox.log file and attach it to your email to us.
