failed to login into the outfox program pls help

Im now to this program i made the account a few hours ago and i have this problem.

Im trying to login into my account in outfox program and it says login failed, please try again. but if i login into the site i dont have any problem.

There may be an issue with your computer reaching our login API.  Please power cycle your network and reboot your machine, and then try logging in again.  If the issue persists, let us know!

 

To power cycle your network, please follow these steps:

 

1. Unplug power cables from modem and router

2. Wait 30 seconds, plug modem in

3. Wait 30 seconds, plug router in

4. Wait for your network to become active again.
