Sorry to hear you're having trouble logging in currently. 

It's possible that there could be an issue with your computer reaching our login API.  Please power cycle your network and reboot your machine, and then try logging in again.  

To power cycle your network, please follow these steps:

1. Unplug power cables from modem and router

2. Wait 30 seconds, plug modem in

3. Wait 30 seconds, plug router in

4. Wait for your network to become active again.

If the issue persists, please contact our support team here: https://www.getoutfox.com/support and provide us with your log files so that we can look further into this for you. Here's instructions for gathering your log files: https://www.getoutfox.com/support#how-do-i-find-my-log-files

Seems i also can't logging in the app, just started the free trial yesterday night :P

So quite a bad start ^^

Any issues from your side ? i leave in europe fyi.
